Who Should Attend

Workflow Classes

Workflow classes are designed for Sage Timberline Office clients who handle routine processing tasks, and repetitive setup options that affect ongoing workflow, such as setting up vendors, accounts, and leases. Typical attendees would include accounting managers, data entry operators or office managers who oversee daily operations.

Designer Classes

Designer classes cover the basics of report writer design, financial statement design, and inquiry design. The class is geared toward those with a working knowledge of Sage Timberline Office, and would like to modify existing reports, or design new ones.

Equipment Cost

The Equipment Cost class is designed for Job Cost clients who have purchased the Equipment Cost module. You'll learn equipment interfaces, get an overview of data entry processes, and cover the detailed steps for setting up your Equipment Cost application. Prior to taking the class, your Sage Timberline Office software should be installed, and you should be familiar with it.

Revenue

The Revenue Class is designed for Job Cost clients who are responsible for implementing the Sage Timberline Office Revenue modules of Accounts Receivable, and Billing at their company, as well as those who handle routine Revenue processing tasks. Typical attendees include accounting managers, implementation coordinators, or the staff who oversee daily operations. Prior to taking the class, clients should have the software installed, and have some familiarity with it. Note that sample data is supplied with the software. Class evaluations show that clients who have worked with the sample data prior to attending class have consistently gained more from the training.

Property Management Advanced

This class is for Property Management clients interested in the advanced topics of Escalations, Recoveries, and/or Advanced Retail issues such as percentage rents. Participants should have a working knowledge of Sage Timberline Office software before attending this class.

Crystal Reports®

This new class is geared toward those who have little or no Crystal Reports® exposure, but have purchased the new Crystal Reports® version from us specifically designed for Sage Timberline Office Software.

For those who have IBS, this class will address the basics of selected modules geared toward the participants’ needs.
